Your Ultimate Solution for Feed Safety – Toxin binder for Animal Feed.

Synergistic blend of modified mineral clays

Toxyfix is a synergistic blend of specifically selected binders, featuring mineral components known as HSCAS (Hydrated Sodium Calcium Aluminosilicate). These minerals effectively adsorb polar mycotoxins, including Aflatoxin (AFL) aswell as other mycotoxins such as Ochratoxin (OTA) and Zearalenone (ZEN).

The modified minerals in Toxyfix are registered by EFSA for the reduction of mycotoxin contamination in feed (category1, functional group m, EU No. 1060/2013), ensuring a scientifically supported approach to improving animal health and productivity.

Key Benefits of TOXYFIX

Toxyfix contains modified minerals that effectively adsorb polar mycotoxins, achieving maximum adsorption rates of 100% for Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2. Additionally, it deactivates non-polar mycotoxins with 29% deactivation of Ochratoxin (OTA) and 72% deactivation of Zearalenone (ZEN).

Ultimate Detoxification

Our formula utilizes HSCAS (Hydrated Sodium Calcium Aluminosilicate) technology to adsorb mycotoxins effectively:

Aflatoxins (AFL): B1, B2, G1, and G2 at 100% adsorption

Ochratoxin (OTA): 29% deactivation

Zearalenone (ZEN): 72% deactivation

The HSCAS (Hydrated Sodium Calcium Aluminosilicate) in Toxyfix function as a chemical sponge, adsorbing mycotoxins in the gastrointestinal tract (Diaz et al., 2004, ‘Aflatoxin Binders’). The most important characteristics of our HSCAS include their unique structure, total (negative ionic) charge and charge distribution, size of the pores, and accessible surface area, all of which contribute to their exceptional mycotoxin adsorption capabilities.
